Overview
BimmerTechsLA specializes in performance parts and specialty automotive products. Due to the nature of these items, all sales are final. We do not offer traditional refunds or open returns.

All Sales Are Final
• All products are sold as is.
• We do not guarantee returns or refunds once an order is placed and processed.
• Customers are responsible for confirming vehicle compatibility before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include your order number, clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• Do not install the product if you believe it is defective.

We will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution. This may include a replacement, repair guidance, partial credit, or another solution at our discretion.

Special Situations
We understand that unique circumstances can happen. If you believe your situation warrants an exception:
• Contact us directly with a detailed explanation.
• Provide your order number and supporting information.

While all sales are final, we review requests on a case by case basis. At our sole discretion, we may offer:
• Store credit
• Product exchange
• Partial refund
• Approved return with restocking conditions

Approval is not guaranteed. Each case is evaluated individually.

Non Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances unless defective:
• Installed or used products
• Opened electronics or tuning devices
• Custom ordered or special order items
• Clearance or discounted items

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped.

Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the claim with all supporting documentation.
