The factory downpipe on the B58 platform is designed for emissions compliance and creates significant restriction in the exhaust system. This 5-inch 200 cell high-flow catted downpipe reduces backpressure, allowing exhaust gases to flow more efficiently, improving turbo response, increasing power, and enhancing exhaust sound.

With a larger diameter design and high-flow catalytic converter, the turbo is able to spool faster and operate more efficiently, resulting in noticeable gains in performance and throttle response.

• High-flow catalytic converters reduce emissions restriction but do not guarantee elimination of a check engine light
• Some vehicles may still trigger a check engine light, others may not (Most post 2024 modell’s have stronger catalyst monitoring)

• Does not cover damage caused by failing or reused components such as gaskets, clamps, or related hardware

• If installed by BimmerTechsLA, labor is covered under warranty for 36 months
• Labor coverage applies only to issues directly caused by a defect in the product
• Labor warranty does not cover issues caused by unrelated parts, pre-existing conditions, or customer-requested reuse of worn components
